Is the Derila Pillow Legit? A Calm Look at the Evidence
Two different questions get mixed together here: does the product genuinely exist, and will it suit you? We separate them.

Short answer
Derila is a real, purchasable product: we verified live product pages, published specifications, a customer contact route and a working checkout on derilashop.com and derila-ergo.com. That establishes existence, not satisfaction. Independent reporting raises separate concerns about checkout and returns, which our complaints page examines. We do not call Derila a scam because we found no regulatory or court finding that supports that allegation.
Derila sells through more than one site
This confuses people, so it is worth stating plainly. derila.com currently resolves to the Shopify store derilashop.com, which lists the Derila Ergo Neck Support Pillow with full specifications and a contact form. Separately, derila-ergo.com is a single-product sales page with its own order flow. Both are Derila’s own channels, and they do not publish identical information — the dimensions differ between them, which is one reason we show both figures in our review rather than one. Country-specific subdomains such as de.derilashop.com and fr.derilashop.com also exist. Copycat and lookalike sites are common with heavily advertised products, so check the address bar before entering payment details.
Existence is not the same as a low-risk purchase. Read our evidence-led summary of Derila complaints and the separate shipping and returns checklist before deciding.
Two questions people are really asking
- Does a real company sell a real product and deliver it? This is a factual question you can check.
- Will this particular pillow feel good for my body and sleeping position? This is a fit question no review can answer for you.
How to identify the seller yourself
- Find the legal or company name in the site footer, terms page, or privacy policy — not just the brand name.
- Check which country the seller ships from and which country’s consumer law the terms cite.
- Read the returns and refunds page in full, including exclusions.
- Look for a working support contact route and note the stated response time.
- At checkout, confirm the currency, the total and exactly what is in the basket before paying.
- Save a copy of the terms as they appeared on the day you ordered.
Why we avoid “scam exposed” language
Accusing a company of fraud is a serious claim that needs strong, verifiable evidence — regulatory action, court findings, or documented systematic misrepresentation. We have not seen that here. What we have seen is a fact-checked consumer-group finding about pressure tactics and pre-selected quantities at checkout, plus a recurring complaint theme about returns. That is enough to justify caution and careful reading at checkout. It is not enough to justify the word scam, so we do not use it.
