We publish original analysis, attribute manufacturer claims as claims, source material facts with access dates, label testing honestly, and keep commercial relationships out of our conclusions. Where we are unsure, we say so.

Accuracy and sourcing

  • Material facts carry a source and, where relevant, an access date.
  • Manufacturer marketing is attributed (“Derila says”), never presented as proven.
  • We do not invent dimensions, prices, ratings, review counts or test results.
  • We do not reproduce copyrighted customer reviews; we summarise patterns in our own words and link out.
  • We do not present another publication's work as our own.

Health-related content

We do not claim any pillow treats, cures, prevents or reliably improves a medical condition. Where comfort, posture, pain, snoring or sleep apnea are mentioned, we use careful language and display a health disclaimer.

AI assistance

We may use software tools, including AI assistance, for drafting, structuring and editing. Every published page is reviewed by a person, and factual claims are checked against sources before publication. AI output is never published as fact without that check.

Conflicts of interest and affiliate independence

We earn affiliate commission on some links. We do not accept payment for a positive conclusion, do not let a merchant approve our copy, and do not remove drawbacks to protect a commission. If a brand ever supplies a free product, that will be disclosed on the page in question.

Updates and corrections

  • Pages show published, updated and fact-checked dates.
  • We do not bump the year in a title unless the page was genuinely reviewed and materially updated.
  • Material corrections are made promptly and noted.
  • Pages that fall out of date are revised, marked noindex, or removed rather than left misleading.
