Which Derila Website Is the Official One?
Several domains sell or promote this pillow. Here is how to tell a seller’s own store from an advertising page or a lookalike.

Short answer
Derila sells directly through more than one of its own domains, which is a large part of the confusion. When we checked, the product was available on the official store at derilashop.com and on a separate direct sales page at derila-ergo.com — and those two publish different dimension figures for the same product. Neither Smart Pillow Guide nor any advertorial “news” site is the seller. Before paying on any Derila-branded page, confirm the contact details, the written return terms and the return address on that same domain.

Checks that work on any store page
- Find a working contact route on the same domain — an email address or support form, not just a chat widget.
- Find the returns policy on that domain, and note the window, the address and who pays postage.
- Check the currency, delivery country and dispatch wording apply to you.
- Confirm the quantity and the total on the payment screen before you pay.
- Keep the order confirmation, the policy wording and the date you saw it.
Where the seller’s own pages disagree
This is worth knowing before you order. The store lists the pillow at about 21.3 in × 14.2 in × 4.7 in (about 54 × 36 × 12 cm), while the direct sales page states Length 54 cm / 21.2 in, width 36 cm / 14.1 in and a product graphic shows 32 cm / 12.6 in by 50 cm / 19.6 in. Return wording also differs: a 60-day return policy is stated in one place and “Easy 30-Day Returns” appears in another. Whichever page you buy from, the terms on that page at the moment you pay are the ones that apply to you.
