Derila ERGO vs the Original Derila Pillow: Which One Is Being Advertised?

Adverts mix Derila product names freely. Here is how to confirm which model is actually in your basket.

Derila-branded marketing uses several product names — “Derila Pillow”, “Derila ERGO”, “Ergo Neck Support Pillow” and airway-themed names invented inside advertorials. The model we researched is the one sold on the official store as a neck-support memory-foam pillow measuring about 21.3 in × 14.2 in × 4.7 in (about 54 × 36 × 12 cm) and weighing about 36.9 oz (about 1.05 kg). We cannot publish a specification-by-specification comparison against an older model, because we could not find dated published specifications for a separate original version. The reliable way to know what you are buying is the product title, the dimensions and the images on the checkout page itself.

Why the naming is confusing

  • The same seller operates more than one direct sales domain, each with its own wording.
  • Public review platforms aggregate feedback under a general “Derila Pillow” listing, spanning whatever was sold at the time.
  • Advertorials invent descriptive names — “airway pillow”, “airway pro” — that are not product names at all.
  • Published dimension figures differ between the seller’s own pages, so a number alone does not identify a model.

How to confirm the model you are ordering

  1. Read the product title on the checkout page, not the advert you arrived from.
  2. Check the stated length, width and contour height against the figures you need.
  3. Check what the listing says is included — cover, quantity, any bundled extras.
  4. Keep a copy of the page: it is the description your order was based on.

What we could not verify

We could not verify a dated specification list for any earlier Derila model, so we make no claim about what changed between versions. If you have documentation from an older order, that is genuinely useful evidence and we would update this page with it.
